Lumnica Refund & Exchange Policy

At Lumnica, we take great care in formulating our organic skincare products to provide you with the best possible experience. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to offer a refund or exchange under the following conditions.

Refund Policy

You may request a refund within 14 days of receiving your order, provided that the product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used products. To initiate a refund, please contact our support team at akshat@lumnica.com with your order details. Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 14 business days.

Exchange Policy

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please reach out to us within 14 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement at no additional cost. Exchanges are only available for the same product or an item of equal value.
